Family Camp - September 12-14, 2008
Camp Bob Cooper, Summerton, SC

Family Camp is a special experience for the entire family of children who have survived their battle with cancer. With over 25 years of experience in working with families of children diagnosed with cancer, Happy Days recognizes that even though a single child has cancer, the entire family has the disease. Family Camp is a chance for families to pick up the pieces left behind, coming together in an environment away from the stresses of work and home. And because Family Camp is held at the very same facility used for Camp Happy Days, parents finally get a chance to experience some of the magic and wonder experienced by their kids in July. Guided by experienced camp counselors and special guests, the agenda is filled with parent events, kid events and plenty of time to make new friends, learn new things and re-ignite a fire that may have dimmed.
